Wednesday 24th April 2019 10.30 – 4.00
Enjoy reading, exploring and discussing poetry in the quiet and peaceful setting of the Pales.
The theme: what is universal in poetry about the theme of Death?
Death in nature? What does death mean to you?
Bring an object with you (nothing too huge!) which has meaning for you.
Bring your favourite poems on Death.
This is an informal day that we hope will be fun, exploring what happens when we play with words.
You do not have to have written poetry before.
Trish is a poet who especially enjoys contact with the natural world and all the creatures in it.
Linda has taught English Literature for many years and has a great love of poetry.
