There are icy puddles and bare trees at the Pales, but there are also candles and song, bringing Light on these dark days.
The meeting house looked festive inside for the Meeting for Worship on Sunday 16th December, where the theme was ‘ We are one’ and following a Pales tradition, candles marked the closest Sunday to the winter solstice and to Christmas.
Members of the Pales Peace choir sang at the Llandrindod Wells celebration of the 1918 Peace and were given a certificate by the town crier.
